Trump to Europe: They Talk, But They Don't Act

The US Congress will not adopt sanctions against Russia without consulting with Trump, stated the Speaker of the US House of Representatives, Johnson.

Trump has not ruled out negotiations between Putin and Zelenskyy but stated that they hate each other so much that it prevents them from talking. He added that, nevertheless, he expects negotiations between Kyiv and Moscow.

"There will be negotiations. But I will probably be forced to intervene. Putin and Zelenskyy hate each other so much that they can hardly talk. They just can't talk to each other," he added.

It is recalled that under Trump, the US has not imposed new sanctions against Russia.
