Poghos Poghosyan's Body to Be Exhumed in Murder Case

The body of Poghos Poghosyan, who was killed 24 years ago at the "Aragast" cafe, will be exhumed. The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by Karen Farkhoyan, has just decided to grant the public prosecutor's motion. This is reported by 1lurer.am.

The need to exhume Poghosyan's body arose after the testimony of an eyewitness, Steven Newton, on May 16 of this year. According to the public prosecutor, the newly emerged circumstances could lead to the conclusion that a premeditated murder was committed.
